Semi-annual Diamond Course, duration of twenty-five weeks (6 months) with one 4-hour lesson each week.
The Course focuses on assiduous practice and on the 360-degree study of the Diamond.
The Gemological Institute of Genoa romantically thinks that the Diamond’s journey is suggestive and miraculous, exactly like the one made by Beatrice, who came from Heaven to Earth to show miracles. But the directions of travel are diametrically opposite; in fact, the Diamond seems to be something that came from the netherworld up to the Earth to show miracles.
Driven by this Love for Gemology, we organize courses in which you will learn to analyze Diamonds by mastering the most modern and advanced gemological analysis techniques. You will finally discover the true parameters of judgment and grading that G.I.A. has imposed on the gemological world. Furthermore, you will understand that there is little point in reading a Rapaport list if you then do not know how to interpret it, as some of the best traders in the world know how to do — they will intervene as guests in our courses.
In our Diamond course you will learn the market dynamics and whether and how it makes sense to invest in Diamonds. At the end of the course you will be continuously invited for new updates and to not lose the polish acquired.
To enroll in the Diamond course it is enough to have completed lower secondary school, unlike the College of Gems, in which the high school diploma is mandatory for enrollment.
We do not want to train appraisers who look at the Diamond like Leopardi’s shepherd looked at the Moon. We want above all to train modern gemologists, capable of evaluating and analyzing any Diamond. For this reason, during the theory hours we will also talk about the real prices of the real Diamond market.

Each lesson includes two hours of theoretical explanations and obviously two hours of practice in analyzing Diamonds.
There will also be quizzes with 15 questions to answer at the beginning of each lesson (first lesson excluded).
We will show you scientific photos in addition to numerous films with enchanting content.
Talking about the Wonders of Nature, of how they form and how hypnotizing they are, fills our heart with joy and our days with harmony. For this we guarantee: in the Course we do not get bored!
Total transparency, high morals and ethics are the first teachings that the Director of the Institute learned from the Gemological Institute of America, whose name, just to be pronounced, makes the gemological walls of any wall in the world tremble.
We do not require any advance payment for our courses; our philosophy prevents us from selling a “product” sight-unseen — indeed the first lesson is free so that you can personally test the substance of the lessons.
In the second lesson you will pay solely and exclusively the current monthly fee with neither constraints nor commitments for the future, free to leave the course in case you do not feel one hundred percent satisfied or in case your personal problems arise.
